About the Role

We welcome professionals from a wide range of industries. Our current mentors come from law, medicine, architecture, mental health, technology, civil engineering, business, humanities, and literature. Mentors are carefully matched with students who share similar academic or career interests to ensure relevant and meaningful guidance.

You do not need formal mentoring experience. What matters is clarity in communication, empathy, professionalism, and the ability to inspire and challenge thoughtfully.

Applicants should hold:

  • A master’s degree, or
  • A bachelor’s degree plus at least 10 years of professional experience.

A reliable internet connection is essential.

About the Students

All mentees have completed six levels of English and are now enrolled in  structured mentorship semesters. Each student follows her own pathway, which may include:

  • Pursuing an online university degree
  • Applying for scholarships abroad (Europe or the US)
  • Seeking remote work or internships, particularly for those already qualified but unable to work inside Afghanistan

You will mentor a small group of 6–9 students, aged 18–26, all fluent in English. Sessions are arranged directly with your mentees at mutually convenient times.
